if i leave rings on when im in the shower, will anything happen to them?
details:
i have a gold claddagh ring with a small ruby in the middle. it was a gift from a loved one and i would like to know if i need to take it off before i go into the shower.
also, i have another ring that is silver with a stone that is artificial (its not fake, just not thousands of dollars, you know?). this was also a gift- same question applies.

Since they're not made of nickel they probably won't oxidate(rust) but water might trap underneath the stones or under the band which may cause irritation. Though my mother always wears her necklace and bracelet made of the same materials as her ring and they're doing fine 
.
I'd just be afraid to drop them down the drain! So be careful and stop wearing them in the shower if any problems do start to occur.
