initial arrest on 10/22/09, preliminary hearing victim stated she did not want to press charges, case was nolle pros on 10/30/09; without just cause the police on 12/29/09 re-arrested, no miranda warning, requested a public defender on 1/4/10, did not come to interview, investigate no contact period until the 13th; (trial date scheduled for 1/15/09); only to say still awaiting the discovery.
Came on 1/15/10 with a prepard guilty plea and to not accept it would mean at least six months before a trial would commence, and said it would show as a misdemeanor charge.
No prior criminal history, lawyer saying that the police can re-arrest. Three probable causes in case files.the first two do not show a judge's signature, the third is obviously fake; warrant for the offense date of 10/22 dated 12/22/09; (another fake/forged document).

You can have any charge just dropped but the state can re-charge u w/the initial charge anytime they want!
